রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড পলিসি

আপনার কাঙ্খিত পণ্য গ্রহনের সময় ডেলিভারী ম্যান এর  নিকট হতে সম্পুর্নভাবে পণ্যটি বুঝে নিন। বুঝে নেয়ার সময় যদি কোন প্রডাক্টের সমস্যা যেমন : প্রোডাক্ট ভাঙ্গা, ছেঁড়া, ভুল সাইজ, প্রোডাক্ট কাজ না করা, মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ন হওয়া ইত্যাদি ক্ষেত্রে সাথে সাথেই ফেসবুক মেসেঞ্জার/ইমেইল এর মাধ্যমে জানিয়ে দিন।

রিটার্নের জন্য যোগ্যতা:

(১) আপনি ক্রয়ের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারেন।

(২) হাসপাতালে ব্যবহৃত পণ্য ক্রয় করার ক্ষেত্রে কোন প্রকার রিটার্ন হবে না।

(৩) পন্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর সেটি কোনভাবেই ব্যবহার না করে অবশ্যই যত দ্রুত সম্ভব ছবি তুলে / ভিডিও করে আমাদের কে ফেসবুক মেসেঞ্জার মাধ্যমে পাঠাতে হবে। ক্রয়কৃত পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত হতে হবে, তার মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে এবং প্রাপ্তির মতো একই অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।

(৪) কিছু পণ্য, যেমন পচনশীল পণ্য বা অন্তরঙ্গ আইটেম, ফেরত পাওয়ার যোগ্য নাও হতে পারে। অনুগ্রহ করে পণ্যের বিবরণ পরীক্ষা করুন বা স্পষ্টীকরণের জন্য আমাদের গ্রাহক সহায়তার সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

(৫) ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের নিকট থেকে পণ্য দেখে নিতে পারবেন। তবে কোন ক্রমেই পণ্য আনবক্সিং করা যাবে না। পণ্যটি আনবক্সিং হলে সেক্ষত্রে পণ্য রিটার্ন হবে না।

রিফান্ডের জন্য যোগ্যতা:

(১) আপনার রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময় নির্ভর করে রিফান্ডের ধরণ এবং পেমেন্ট মেথডের উপর।

(২) রিফান্ডের সময়কাল শুরু হয়, যখন Dakdoom.com আপনার রিফান্ডের ধরন অনুযায়ী রিফান্ডটির প্রসেস সম্পন্ন করে।

(৩) রিফান্ডের পরিমানের মধ্যে পণ্যের মূল্য এবং শিপিং ফি অন্তর্ভুক্ত হবে ।

(৪) অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের পরেও অনিবার্য কারনবশত যেকোনো সময়ে যাচাই করে আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা রাখে। এক্ষেত্রে যদি পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে অগ্রিম মুল্য প্রদান করা হয় তা থেকে ২.৫% মূল্য কর্তন করে রিফান্ডের প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য (বিকাশ নং/রকেট নং/ক্রেডিট কার্ড/ডেভিট কার্ড/ অন্যান্য) মাধ্যমে আপনার প্রেরিত পন্যের মূল্য ১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে প্রেরণ করা হবে।

(৫) অগ্রিম (বিকাশ/রকেট/ক্রেডিট কার্ড/ডেভিট কার্ড) পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে ,পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে অথবা ক্রেতা নিতে ইচ্ছুক না হলে, অর্ডার ক্যানসেল করে যে মাধ্যম থেকে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট করা হয়েছে , সেই মাধ্যমেই ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড করা হবে।

(৬) ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদশির্ত পণ্যের মোড়ক ও আপনার নিকট প্রেরিত পণ্যের মোড়ক মিল আছে কিনা দেখে নিতে পারবেন। যদি মিল না থাকে অবিলম্বে +৮৮০১৭১৭৮২৬৬৬১, +৮৮১৭১৪৭৯২২৩৬ নাম্বারে ফোন করে কমপ্লেইন রেজিস্টার করতে হবে।

(৭) ওয়েবসাইটে অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন করার পরেও পণ্যটি না নিতে চাইলে উল্লেখিত ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে।

Returns & Refunds Policy

When receiving your desired product, explain the product completely to the delivery man. If there is any problem with the product such as product broken, torn, wrong size, product not working, expired etc. Please inform us immediately through Facebook messenger/email.

Eligibility for Return:

(1) You can return the product within 3 days of purchase.
(2) There will be no returns on purchases of goods used in hospitals.
(3) After receiving the product, without using it in any way, you must take a picture / video as soon as possible and send it to us via Facebook Messenger. The product purchased must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
(4) Certain products, such as perishable products or intimate items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact our customer support for clarification.
(5) In case of cash on delivery, you can check the product from the delivery man. However, the product cannot be unboxed in any order. Product will not be returned once the product is unboxed.

Eligibility for Refund:

(1) Your refund processing time depends on the refund type and payment method.
(2) The refund period begins when www.apcombd.com completes the processing of your refund according to your refund type.
(3) The refund amount shall include the product price and shipping fee.
(4) reserves the right to cancel your order at any time after order confirmation due to unavoidable reasons. In this case, if the advance price is paid through the payment gateway, 2.5% of the price will be deducted from the refund required information (Bikash No/Rocket No/Credit Card/Debit Card/Others) and the price of the shipped product will be sent to you within 10 working days.
(5) In case of advance (Bikash/Rocket/Credit Card/Debit Card) payment, if the product is not in stock or if the buyer is not willing to take it, the order will be canceled and refund will be made through the medium through which the advance payment was made within 10 working days.
(6) You can check whether the packaging of the product displayed on the website matches the packaging of the product sent to you. If there is no match, immediately register a complaint by calling +8801717826661, +8801714792263.
(7) If you do not want to pick up the product after order confirmation on the website, you have to pay the specified delivery charges.
